Leading with bliss means inviting energetic joy to how you show up in life, inside and outside of the workplace.
It is estimated that we will spend 1/3 of our lifetime at work - roughly 90,000 hours. How we show up as leaders not only impacts our experience but everyone around us, and our ability to create what we want as a team. There is an opportunity for each of us to make the most of these hours by leveraging the principles of conscious leadership to work more collaboratively, communicate more effectively and bring passion, purpose, and connection to our time together.
Given how much time we spend at work, it is an apt playground for this work. There is an individual, inward journey, as well as an outward journey that takes place in connection and collaboration with one another. With intention, we can create the space for us to evolve together and bring change into the world. Who we are being is first and foremost, so we must examine that as individuals and as teams.
