practice being human
I recommend incorporating a regular meditation practice into your life. To practice meditation is to practice being human. It is not to stop your thoughts. Through practice, you make space for what you think and feel so that you can meet life as it unfolds. You build up the muscles to remember that you always have a choice in how you relate to what’s happening around you and can choose to meet life with curiosity instead of judgement.
